Splitgate Major Update 2.2
Update 2.2 is coming Thursday, January 22nd and has promised to bring some great additions to Splitgate Area Reloaded.

Update 2.2 Additions:
2 New Arena Maps
Trihard (features high-flying gameplay built around launch portals and jump pads.)
Runaway (2nd map focuses on power positions and high octane gameplay.)
New Mastery Camo
Isotromic camo - is a mastery camo that is awarded to players who unlock Proelium on every available weapon.
Arena Royale
24-player mode made up of six teams of four
Matches take place in a single biome that you can vote on prior to the match starting.
They will have four biomes offering different opportunities to flex new playstyles
Biomes include: Drought, Glacier, Fracture, and Outskirts.
The Splitgate team has worked on looting and match pace with overhauled upgrades to bring a cleaner take on battle royale.
